Prenatal vitamins are among the important must haves of a woman. These vitamins should not only be taken during the pregnancy period for they are also important even before they conceive.But then, it is just stressed out that it is a priority to be taken during the vital times of pregnancy because most of the nutrients in the body are used up preparing for the baby. Every baby also needs calcium in every stage of his development in the womb. Extra calcium is needed by the mother since the baby in the womb also consumes calcium during the development.Calcium is required in order that a mother can maintain her blood pressure levels to normal and at the same time balance the water during her pregnancy period.
