And secondly, the food we eat is not nearly as healthy as it used to be. Before, most of the food most people ate was fresh, and grown somewhere near to where they lived. It wasn't trucked in from across the country, or shipped in from a different country altogether.
Contrast that to now, when most everything you can find to eat has been processed, chemically altered, and filled with preservatives. This can't be good for us.
The biggest difficulty with this is that it can be next to impossible to find something to eat that doesn't seem like it was developed in a laboratory. And even if you a natural food grocer, it can be too expensive to eat on a regular basis.
All the food you can find today, no matter where you get it, is likely filled with preservatives and chemicals.
So it's no wonder that more of us aren't even fatter than we already are. With little or no exercise, virtually no choice in the food that is available to us, we are left with little hope of becoming thin and healthy without a heroic effort on our part.
The biggest scandal is that there are companies and corporations that are literally making billions and billions of dollars every year on food that makes you, and keeps you fat.
Only when you can discover how to eat the right foods, that are free from preservatives and chemicals, can you quickly lose weight and stop paying your hard earned money to those big companies that want to keep you fat.
