Acne pose a big social problem to anyone, whether you are young or old. For you might feel insecure when you noticed some blemishes on your skin. In some cases it's not your fault since acne problems are caused by hormonal imbalance, genetics and even stress. Acne is caused by buildup of bacteria on the skin; so the best way for you to prevent such buildup is by cleaning items your skin is in constant contact with. For example, bed sheets, pillow cases, blankets and even towels must be washed, pressed and cleaned on a regular basis. Especially since these items are in constant contact with your skin when you sleep, it is best that you keep these items thoroughly washed on a regular basis. By doing so, you can prevent acne and may speed up the healing of your current breakouts.

Keeping your face clean is also essential to prevent blemishes. External factors like smog, smokes from the best electronic cigarette and the like can clog up pores and cause unsightly breakouts. That is why it is important that you wash your hands and face regularly. Also, stop picking at your face using your fingers for this will help spread the bacteria. You don't need to add bacteria from your hands to your face, right? So try to control yourself from touching your face too often.

Wash your face for at least twice daily having a clean washcloth, mild cleanser and tepid to warm water. This skin care routine will eventually clear any buildup about the skin like dead skin cells and polluting of the environment. When you begin washing, always remember to be gentle at it. You don't have to be rough since it will rob your skin in the oils which will help heal scars.

A normal exercise is also useful when you are clearing skin because the sweat you produce may be the natural way of cleaning the dirt out of your pores. So long as you follow your sweaty workout with a shower, your skin will heal faster than you think.
