The Perfect Wrinkle Reducers -- How To Pick Them

By Vanessa Summer

Wrinkles are probably one of the main worries that folks have with regards to growing old. For young people wrinkles could be particularly worrisome. You don't have to worry, since the large demand for wrinkles over the ages has led to a plethora of wrinkle reducers hitting the marketplace all the time.

With all the varied products on the market, there will definitely be several that would work perfectly for you and your skin type. Because of so many available options, you can expect that it can take you some time to select the best wrinkle reducer. Don't even bother with any of the wrinkle reducers formulated with these:

1. Wrinkle reducers with an alcohol base. Alcohol may cause extreme skin dehydration, resulting in more wrinkling. Acne, drying, and rashes may be worsened by using products that are loaded with petroleum.

2. Products that contain dioxane, collagen, and elastin. These substances are claimed to enhance the elasticity of the skin and to prevent wrinkles from appearing, but unfortunately they can't be absorbed by the body so they're in essence useless. You may decrease your risk of cancer by just forgoing dioxane.

3. Products that have additives. Preservatives do precisely what they say they do, as confirmed by their ability to stop various forms of life from inhabiting wrinkle reducers. Your skin is alive and needs to thrive. Skin pores may be clogged, leading to all kinds of problems when you use preservatives.

In spite of what many people will tell you, the best wrinkle reducers are those that bring quick benefits when you use them to the skin. You should quickly observe good changes in your skin's quality. Most probably, it has accelerated the production of collagen and elastin in your body, which are both needed for keeping the skin healthy and wrinkle-free. UV blockers are good compounds to have in your anti-wrinkle lotions and creams. Exposure to the sun is recognized to have a cumulative damaging impact to your skin, so you want to restrict how much sun you are letting through to your skin with time.

However effective an anti-wrinkle product might be or how amazing its customer reviews are, it won't work effectively for you at all if it wasn't designed for your skin type. So before you go out and invest in an anti-aging skin care product, you should first determine what your skin type is. It is crucial that you pick a product that was created specifically for your skin type if you would like to experience the best results. To illustrate, individuals who have dry skin would need a product that contains natural moisturizers that will reduce the dryness of their skin and make them less susceptible to the appearance of wrinkles. So those with oily skin ought to avoid wrinkle reducers with moisturizers and people with dry skin have to avoid wrinkle reducers with drying agents.

There are a lot of products on the market for this problem, but I don't think that a cream can reduce wrinkles... to delay the signs, yes of course. A friend of mine recommended me Skin Vitality (http://www.skinvitality.ca), because she followed a skin tightening treatment there and she was very pleased of the results... and I must admit that they are great... I think I will give it a try as well... I want to have a smooth skin without imperfections.
