For anybody to write about in fact living with Sleep Apnea, they ought to have firsthand data. This is what he stated;

When I was 33 years old, I realized that I was feeling tired all the time. It became quite difficult for me to wake up in the mornings and I never ever felt that I had a good night's sleep. I had gained 90 pounds in the past 3 years and I believed that my problem was related towards the weight gain. A couple of years past and I was tired every part of the day. I could not get enough sleep to make me feel rested.

One night, whilst I was sleeping, my wife awakened with a fright. She looked more than at me and noticed that I was not breathing. She shook me and woke me up just adequate for me to start breathing again. When she told me about this the subsequent day, I believed that she had a bad dream and was just thinking that I was not breathing. To be honest, I believed that she had lost her mind. This continued and it started producing it tough for my wife to sleep without fearing that I was going to cease breathing. Given that I knew she was losing sleep more than this, I decided to talk to my doctor.

Soon after having a sleep study which required me to remain in the hospital overnight, the doctor told me that I was living with Sleep Apnea. This is not news that any person genuinely wants to hear, but I was pleased to have an answer. The reason that I was often tired was a direct result of the Sleep Apnea. With Sleep Apnea, I was losing oxygen and losing sleep. When they performed the study, they located that I'd quit breathing and right after a time frame, would take a gasp of air. Each time I took that deep breath, I was awakened adequate to where I had to go back to sleep. I did not bear in mind waking up at any point within the night.

As you are able to see living with Sleep Apnea isn't fun. It is really extremely scary to fall asleep at night realizing the risks. Getting Sleep Apnea will adjust your life. You really feel tired and week. There are even times where you may fall asleep in meetings or even though driving just as a result of the Sleep Apnea. I have been coping with this disorder for years now and the only factor that has helped me make it by way of is my (CPAP) breathing machine. This machine assists me continue to breathe by forcing air by means of my nostrils. I know this sounds poor, but you must take it from somebody who has been there, I would rather use this machine than live using the feelings brought on by Sleep Apnea. In case you feel that you may suffer from Sleep Apnea, do not ignore the symptoms. Seek professional assistance.
