Another more important point is that rebounding can save you from damaging your joints which comes with jogging on asphalt or cement.

Moreover, it helps to detoxify the body by stimulating all the organs and the digestive system. In doing so, the body is helped in removing dangerous impurities and toxins. Due to the above, the immune system is improved as well. Combined with a diet rich in antioxidants and fruits and vegetables, you will look and feel younger faster.
