Crossfit Workouts Will Get You Fitter Than Ever Before!

Cross fit workouts are in essence weight training workouts, where basically you are executing classic and sometimes not so classic weight lifting exercises in timed intervals. This differs greatly from the typical grind of doing one set then resting and doing another. There are many reasons why this is the best weight training program around and if you aren't already doing this then you really may be wasting your time in the gym!

##What do the Crossfit Weight Training Plans Look Like?

I mentioned earlier that Crossfit workouts include intervals of weight training exercises but you might still be wondering what I mean by this. Basically you'll have a set number of exercises planned out. You'll complete the first exercise for a given time period and then have a short rest before the next new exercise is completed. You continue this until you have finished all of the allotted exercises, now you have done one round. How many rounds you do and how hard the exercises are all depends on your skill level. This is one of the things that makes crossfit so great, regardless of your level you will be able to push yourself harder previously and see results that you didn't dream possible!

##What Can I Incorporate to deliver the Best Weight Training Program for My Body?

Your exercise choice should definitely be determined by your skill level and expertise in lifting weights nevertheless you can still perform all kinds of exercises (unless you have a prior injury preventing so) however you will just need to lower the weight. To begin with, your entire workout doesn't have to be weights, you may also incorporate high intensity body weight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, burpies, jump rope, squat thrust, the list goes on. If you're able to think of it then you can add it in. As far as weight training plans go, if you are looking to get the most bang for your buck I'd definitely suggest that the majority of your weight lifting exercises be full body.
