Liver. Once you suffer from deficiency of appetite or experience sudden weight-loss and your skin looks luster-less, it is possible that your liver becomes 'sluggish' and these would be the early signs of poor circulation of blood to the liver.

Kidneys - This busy organ plays a huge role in regulating and monitoring our blood pressure levels other than eliminating the waste and excess water from your bodies. When poor blood flow affects the kidneys, we notice swelling of hands, feet and ankles, surge in blood pressure, altered heartrate and we feel tired continuously.

Limbs - Poor blood flow can have serious affect on our legs and arms. We can experience sudden numbness of our own hands, feet and fingers or suffer painful leg cramps. The signs of serious blood flow problems is usually varicose veins or even a condition called cyanosis - that's when section of our skin turns blue or black caused by lack of adequate oxygen on the concerned tissues.

Sexual libido - Poor circulation of blood can affect our reproductive organs at the same time. The symptoms are not enough sex drive and fatigue. Symptoms would likewise incorporate lack of vitality also. Serious circulation of blood problems may make one impotent also.
