Before, there was only Insanity. What everyone thought was the most difficult workout put on on DVD was only the beginning. Now, people everywhere can add Insanity The Asylum workout program to their regimens. The workouts in this series are slightly longer, taxing, and a lot more tough than ever. Read on to see what is meant by this.

The sequel to Insanity had been in the production for a while, teasing people on Team Beachbody and Facebook with its long awaited release. Insanity graduates everywhere were impatiently waiting to be put to the test. Once it was finally launched, everybody got their hands on a copy of one to see just how far they could go fitness wise

Asylum is merely a part two to the original Insanity, but it is a lot more intense. It is thirty days of hard fitness and training crafted originally for athletes. Of course others are more than welcome to try it, it is not exclusive to only the athletes of the world. This simply lets anyone who tries it know what they are about to get themselves into.

Shaun T is back to give everyone an extra push with this workout. This time around, he has put together some of the best routines with the most enthusiastic people in a sports arena type setting. Unlike the original, this workout has some equipment involved that is needed in this workout series. Not to worry, this is all included in the program and these things are right inside the box.

A number of items are inside the box. Primarily there are the DVDs that contain each workout. Then there is the calendar to track the workouts, and the meal guide. After this comes the equipment, which is simply a jump rope and agility ladder. These things are all that a person would need to get into top shape.

Shaun T had all his fans waiting with updates until the very day of the program's launch. Shaun says that this fitness regimen has made him even more tight and toned than before when Insanity was in the works. He also stated that he could run faster and jump higher than he did when he was in college. This fact has also been proven true for thousands of others who have tried this program as well.

One is supposed the follow the workouts on the schedule on the calendar. The last day of the regimen is called Game Day. This is the big conclusion, as if the user was really training for a huge sports event. Game Day is what puts bodies to the test, to see if their workouts have been beneficial.

Insanity: The Asylum had been launched in the earlier part of 2011 but there's a lot of people who have finished this program. Some have even gone back for "seconds" to challenge themselves. For everyone that is ready, it's time to walk into the Asylum. Be sure not to get too comfortable because this is jut volume one of this program.
