The Side-effects of Organic Duanwood Reishi Extract

By Brandon Daemon

In this article, we're going to talk about the side-effects of taking duanwood reishi extract. Are there any side effects? And if so , what are they? What will we need to understand, what do we need to be concerned about, what will we need to be conscious of?

Above all, we need to know that in order for reishi to be in the high class of tonic herbs it's in, it's got to be freed from complications. It has to meet that standards. So long story short, reishi mushroom doesn't have any side-effects when used intelligently and when used fairly. Meaning, if you just had a four oz bag and you just drank all of it, you may have some side effects. But they're not going to be too terrible--the worst that's going to occur is that you could have some increased elimination (you may go to the rest room a tiny bit more but feel really good thereafter) and/or you might have experience a bout of unjustifiable energy. I can tell you this from my personal experiences, because I've done that--I can tell you those are the side effects and that's what happens. The nice thing? It is the worst that happens. The worst which has ever occurred to me when taking big, gigantic applications of reishi herbs is a little indigestion and a little increased elimination that passed inside a brief period of time. That is the extraordinary of it, and that's the convincing worst that would happen. Except for you, fortunately , you would never do those extremes because they are unnecessary. Really, the side-effects of reishi isn't significant, nothing to fret about, and should not occur if you are reasonable and responsible in your reishi dosages. Again, to repeat, in order for reishi to be categorized as a tonic herb, it has to be free from side effects.

Let's imagine you were taking a half little spoon twice each day, a spoon twice per day, or possibly even a full spoon twice per day. You actually would not notice any side-effects. Now if you're new to duanwood reishi extract and begin at a full tablespoon 2 times a day, you could experience some side-effects such as raised energy during the day, better mental clarity and thought processes, and probably increased visits to the bathroom because of better elimination and digestion. But it is important to note the "side effects" that you'd be experiencing would essentially be positive, useful, and pleasing, to be quite honest.

Keep in mind, this is coming from me, someone who has been taking this herb on a regular basis for the last 8 years of my life. I can tell you, from my personal personal experience from taking these herbs and working with numerous other people who also enjoy these herbs, that this herb is safe, free from complications, and is astonishingly effective--yet light and subtle--on the body. It is something that you can take in more than a long period of time as it is safe. Much like a food, it provides nourishment to the different systems in your body, provides unique nutrients--micro and macro--that are not truly found in traditional foods that we eat in our everyday diet. It provides nutrient elements like polysaccharaides, betauchans, terpinoids, and ling chi proteins. All these things are found in awfully unique substances, and some are essentially unique only to reishi, so we would essentially be quite insufficient in them. Taking reishi nourishes our body on this deep, deep level, and then this allows reishi to optimally function within our body and permit it to avoid manufacturing any negative complications.

So long as you take reishi in reasonable dosages and do not go to an extremes such as taking a few oz. at once, you are never going to experience any complications or discomfort. Everything is going to work out nicely, as you will have to face the full advantages of reishi and its amazing, nourishing properties. The worst which will occur if you consume more than intended is that your digestion will improve due to the cleansing and de-toxing results of this powerful herb and the nutrient elements and anti-oxidating agents that it contains.
