Knowing the excessive sweating causes in simple way

Excessive sweating is also known as hyperhidrosis in medical term. Overactive sweet glands can be present anywhere in the body like palms, armpits, and feet and leads to excessive perspiration. Although sweating is a normal way of releasing excess body fluid and salts also responsible in dismissing the toxins in the body system. Generally excessive sweating can be indication of parasympathetic nervous system.

Medical research shows that an overproduction of the sweat glands in the body causes excessive sweating. There are several reasons that causes this ailment. Age is one factor of excessive sweating causes. When a person reaches puberty, he or she is most likely to experience excessive sweating due to some biological changes happening within their body. To some people these biological adjustments do not correct themselves as time moves on and the extensive sweating condition stays with them until adulthood.

If you have pre-existing medical disease, you are more likely to experience excessive sweating. Some people who have diabetes, when their blood sugar rises they tend to show extreme sweating. They sweat profusely once the blood goes higher because of too much consumption of sugar. To avoid this to happen, you must control your sugar in take and regularly monitor your blood sugar to prevent from excessive sweating.

Too much water and sugar can trigger too much sweat. The body cannot permit so much water intake, if the water reached its maximum level the excess amount of it goes down in the skin. Too much eating of foods rich in sugar can create the same effect, so it is advisable to minimize the sugary foods in order to prevent from too much sweating.

People engaging to strenuous activity are prone to excessive sweating. When the body is put under stress due to physical activities, the brain is shutting down and it needs to replace water. During physical activities all the electrolytes looses, then it is in need to replace water again. Because of this, the person tends drink a lot of water that the usual. The excess amount of water taken produces extreme sweating.

The research studies show that the psychological disorder can also cause of excessive sweating. If the person is under stress or experience anxiety, he can show this by having excessive sweating. The anxiety of the person manifest through the means of profuse sweating. Though this behavior is mental disease, excessive sweating is still part of medical condition that needs to be treated. In fact there are lot options to get rid excessive sweating cause. Stop this growing problem by using the effective treatment.
