Increase Memory Power and Concentration in Four Steps

How would you enjoy doing trivial things like games and Q&A and never forgetting the answers? What if you never again forgot a friends birthday or a family members anniversary. Sadly a photographic memory is not the norm. Most of us must use tricks to help us remember things in our lives.

Thankfully, pretty much everyone can improve on their memory and concentration with enough time and brain exercise to recall much needed information. If it's a simple trivia show, a very important exam or simply where you parked your vehicle, this article will certainly help you start the memory optimization process.

Step 1) Always be motivated in the fact that you CAN have a great memory and you WILL improve. Most people believe that the cannot get a better grasp on their memory and concentration and figure since they are bad at remembering numbers and names and occasionally forget information that they cannot improve their memory. Stay dedicated to the task at hand and monitor your achievements. Don't be too hard on yourself if you don't think your making enough progress.

2. Work-out your brain. Regular exercise will keep the brain growing and allowing new nerve networks will greatly help in improving your memory. Through developing a new brain skill such as complicated ones such as speaking a foreign language or learning to play a cello will aid in your goals. You can try to solve some problem puzzles and some games that you can keep your brain active and enhance its functions.

Step 4) *Important* Reduce your stress levels. Stress is commonly known to be caused the Cortical hormone. Stressful times are created by the hypothalamus which instructs the pituitary gland to secrete the hormone ACTH.

Keep your brain healthy and remember to push it a little every day. Your brain is one of the most important parts of your body and over time if you follow these steps, you will increase your memory and concentration and will ensure a healthier brain.
