If you have been wondering what gets rid of cellulite, then you are like lots of women who have been asking that question for some years.

But because of the "big companies" and so called pros, the genuine answer has been concealed beneath lies, BS, and their need to only care about money instead of you.

What Causes Cellulite

First, to know what gets rid of cellulite, you must first know what causes it, then knowing what to do is cleverer.

Quickly Cellulite is caused by fat. Excess fat, and as it is pushed up to the surface between the fibers that hold the skin to the body, it forms a dimple like appearance that we call cellulite.

Therefore the key note there is that cellulite is caused by fat (an increase of it in particular areas where your body likes to store fat). For girls, this is usually the hips, bum, thighs, and lower stomach.

What Gets Rid Of It

Burning the fat! Getting rid of the surplus (subcutaneous) fat that you do not want & building lean muscle in those areas is how it's possible to get rid of cellulite fast. The muscle helps to buff the area out from the interior, helps to burn the fat, and to give your metabolism a kick to keep the cellulite from returning.

What Should You Do Next

The 1st two actions that you'll wish to take is: make one or two diet adjustments (add protein & a lot of natural fiber) and to begin to do exercises that build lower body (& full body) muscle.

Lets not think "diet" here. More hence lets just think about adding a couple of items to each plate. Hence to each plate you want to add colorful high fiber veggies or fruits & some source of protein. That's to every major meal (and if you are not eating three times per day, you have to do this to). Then just have 1 more break (or 2) in-between your major meals.

So far as exercise, concentrate on short, strong intensity workouts 4 times per week. They do not need to be long at all and can be done in the home or the gym. Just 2-10 minutes per workout is more than sufficient.

Now you know how to get rid of cellulite & have a few actionable steps that you can begin today, cellulite does not have to be problem for you any more.
