How Even A Beginner Can Develop Telepathy

By Paul Fowles

Essentially, telepathy is the process of transferring your feelings, emotions, and even thoughts to another person using nothing apart from mind power.

The ability to communicate telepathically is something all humans possess to some degree, but unfortunately, they have lost the means by which to control it on a conscious level. We have all experienced telepathic activity subconsciously on occasions but just imagine being able to control that ability, and being able to use it to communicate with others.

Of course, as is to be expected, there is still a huge amount of skepticism surrounding the issue of mind power. However, perhaps you should try to recall a time in your life when you were in a great mood, but then you met up with someone who was feeling down and depressed. Was it not only a short while before their mood started rubbing off on you?

The reason for this being; it's not the words themselves which are solely to blame, but it's also the transfer of that person's feelings and emotions, as they were received by your subconscious mind.

Interestingly enough, scientific studies have determined that if one accesses ones subconscious mind and focuses their thoughts towards a certain individual, it then becomes possible to once again awaken our telepathic ability.

As with our regular form of communication, we are taught as children by our parents and teachers. Not only do our elders teach us the art of speech, but they also teach us body language. In fact, so effective is this method of teaching that we even learn to speak using the same accents. Unfortunately, we only learn to communicate in the ways which we are taught.

However, what would life be like to day if our parents and teachers had taught us to use the "other ability"? Because we have never been taught how to communicate with our minds, we lack that ability, but that's not to say that we cannot still go ahead and develop the skill.

Here are some things you can try in order to awaken your telepathic ability:

Developing Your Mental Muscle

As children learning to communicate, we had to learn how to control the movement of our mouth, and we had to learn how to strengthen our voice boxes. In much the same way, one needs to learn how to strengthen and develop your telepathic muscles.

Interestingly enough, the part of the brain which is responsible for telepathic communication, works primarily on the subconscious level, or in other words, when you're in a hypnotic state. This state of mind is a level of the relaxation which is well within the reach of all people.

Providing you learn how to relax your mind sufficiently, this trancelike state can be reached, and when you do, you would have begun to train your mind so that it can be controlled at will.

Learning to Focus

This is perhaps one of the most difficult challenges of all because it is certainly not easy to remain focused during a time when you're experiencing a trancelike state of mind. The next time you have a practice session, you need to practice focusing on someone you'd like to make contact with.

It is crucial that you keep this person in your thoughts while all the time you attempt to project happy thoughts. Picture this person receiving those thoughts and maintain your level of focus for as long as what you believe it's necessary, in order to know that there is a connection between the two of you.

The next step requires you to cut your focus off completely in order to end the contact. This step is vital as it will cause the other person to realize the connection has been lost, and in turn they will try and make contact with you.

The reason why one should practice focusing on your own is so that when you start practicing with a partner, you will have already conditioned your mind to be receptive and as such, it will be easier to receive images, feelings, thoughts, and impressions.

Practicing With a Partner

Once you have a partner, the two of you need to decide which one will be the sender, and which one will be receiving. Ideally, the sender should only attempt to project images of simple things, preferably of things which are brightly colored and easy to recognize.

The receiver on the other hand should be prepared in order to take down notes with regards to any thoughts or impressions which they feel they receive.

When you reach the end of your training session, the two of you should go ahead and compare notes in order to establish how many impressions were correct. You can be a rest assured that the more times you practice, the better you will get.
