Remote Viewing Techniques - Why Not Try It?

Have you ever wanted the chance to use your psychic ability or remote viewing techniques to see people and places using more than the normal five senses you already have? Remote viewing and psychic abilities are not out-of-body experiences, rather, they are a completely different way to take advantage of the power that you already have. It's possible to see people, objects, and other things without being physically present but by simply using remote viewing techniques.

Remote viewing techniques are not something you use to be in "two places at once," or to maliciously view another object, person or place.

Instead, it's really the ability to use extrasensory perception and your own psychic abilities to see what you want to see. In other words, people and objects come to you, instead of you going to them. You can do this by carefully preparing before you try your first remote viewing experience.

Using Mind Power You Already Have

Remote viewing techniques are something that you should learn, but in fact, the ability to do remote viewing is something you already have; you simply need to access it.

For example, did you know that only 10% of our brain on average is used for the activities and things we need it for? Using the remaining 90% of our brain is where our incredible mind power comes into play. Once you can learn how to properly use and control the other 90% of your brain and mind power will you then be able to use remote viewing efficiently.

Accessing Your Remote Viewing Abilities

If you're wondering exactly how you can tap into these vast resources of your brain and make remote viewing work for you, here are some simple techniques that should help anyone become successful with harnessing their mind power.

First, learn how to relax. One good way to do this is to sit quietly, with your legs crossed, or lying on a bed comfortably. Where you situate yourself should be quiet and free of distraction.

Second, use deep breathing exercises to calm and relax yourself. Inhale and exhale deeply while pressing your tongue lightly on the roof of your mouth. Focus on each breath that you take to clear your mind of all other thoughts.

As you breathe, suspend, just for a moment, any disbelief you have that you cannot do remote viewing. It is absolutely imperative that you believe, at least for the moment, that you can be successful at remote viewing in order to have it be successful. You must believe that you can see people, objects and things that you cannot view with your five senses.

As a first exercise, practice by viewing your own body sitting or lying there as you do this exercise. Just for a moment, truly allow yourself to believe that you can see yourself lying or sitting as you are, relaxing. For example, you may find yourself above your supine body looking down, or you may be looking back over your own shoulder at yourself, sitting there, deeply relaxed. It's important that you give yourself plenty of time to do this exercise and be successful at it, as it can be somewhat difficult to accomplish at first.

After you've successfully seen yourself outside of your own body with these remote viewing techniques, you can begin to try more difficult exercises, such as seeing familiar places or objects within your current house or apartment, but that that are remotely located. Beginning with simple exercises and then moving on to more complex ones will help you begin to truly believe in your abilities, which will make it much easier to do more advanced remote viewing exercises as you progress.

These remote-viewing techniques can help you begin to harness this incredible ability you have, but that you may not yet use. Believe in yourself and your abilities, and you can use these remote big techniques to successfully establish yourself with this talent, so that you can use it when you need it.
